As the World Spice Festival gets underway, the mystical aroma of exotic spices veil the doorways of Cinnamon Grand Colombo, and the essence of authenticity engulfs its Courtyard.And what’s so irrefutably authentic about this banquet?Over 100 Kg of hand-picked, carefully carried, hard to find herbs and spices from the labyrinths of nether Pakistan and its regions, personally procured by Chef Amir Khan during his quest to explore shades of Pakistani flavours. The Chef is sharing with us his prudently picked zests from all provinces of Pakistan including Kashmir, Balochistan, Punjab and Sindh.
